4. Created the Micro LP Class: Established new investor category including the Supporter designation that enables anyone to participate in venture capital funds with commitments starting at just $10,000.

5. Enhanced Decile Pro for LPs: Built unified investment management platform with consolidated reporting enabling limited partners to track, manage, and report on their entire portfolio of fund investments in one centralized interface.

6. Launched Decile Access: Opened premier 506(c) marketplace where accredited limited partners can seamlessly discover, evaluate, and invest in high-performing Venture 2.0 funds from specialist managers worldwide.

Advanced AI for VC

7. Pioneered AI for Venture Capital: Trained AI models on over 30,000 venture capital questions and integrated them with a powerful SaaS platform, adding agentic capabilities that enable AI to run firm operations as a cofounder.

8. Refined the Decile Hub SaaS: Launched comprehensive platform features including Kanban pipelines, powerful reporting dashboards, digitized PACT experience, and flexible pricing packages designed for every sized VC firm from solo GPs to established managers.

Modernized VC Back Office

9. Lead Back Office Automation: Fully integrated legal, compliance, accounting, tax, and other back office activities through Decile Partners, allowing managers to focus exclusively on building their firms and executing deals.

10. Released AI-Powered Fund Migration Tool: Developed streamlined AI-assisted migration process enabling seamless switch from Carta, AngelList, or any other provider to the market leader with automated data mapping and complete transfer protocols.

Enhanced Venture Deal Flow

11. Implemented AI-Powered Deal Sharing: Built a one-click system for sharing investment opportunities from any source to the Hub community with intelligent filtering and automated scoring based on individual fund Thesis alignment.

12. Deployed Powerful Deal Memo Tools: Released an AI-enhanced platform that integrates all available company data, including emails, meeting minutes, documents, and team notes, with full citations while developing counterfactuals and comprehensive diligence steps.

13. Developed Deal Review at Scale: Assembled a professional investment review team at Decile Group that delivers detailed feedback on deal terms and market standards within 48 hours, systematically enhancing traditional due diligence processes.

Grew the Global Community

14. Launched Emerging Institute:  Introduced specialized free training program for managers raising Fund II, III, and IV featuring personalized one-on-one office hours with experts and curated introductions to top institutional LPs.

15. Broke 900 New VC Firms Launched: Accelerated over 900 venture capital firms to successful launch through VC Lab accelerator, representing more than half of all new manager firms created worldwide over the past three years.

16. Built a Worldwide VC Community: Our events platform hosted 227 manager-led events spanning every major continent with 3,197 total attendees, creating the largest global network of emerging fund managers.

Expanded the Business

17. Hired World-Class Team Members: Recruited new senior leadership and expanded team with specialized talent across marketing, content creation, and fund accounting functions to support accelerating growth trajectory and scale operations globally. Currently hiring.
