The LP Institute is an 8 week program guiding Limited Partners (LPs) through the process of investing in top venture capital managers. The program focuses on sourcing, conducting due diligence, and successfully closing on at least one investment. This hands-on approach ensures that participants not only understand the theory behind venture capital, but also apply this knowledge directly.
The LP Institute provides a structured curriculum to train Limited Partners, with a focus on new and emerging fund managers. Emerging managers are one of the best performing asset classes of the last decade and participants will receive direct access to top new funds from the VC Lab accelerator program.

This program is designed for both new and experienced LPs interested in deploying capital into emerging managers. Participants include angel investors, high net worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and institutional investors looking to increase exposure to the venture capital asset class and learn from like-minded peers. Note: participants must be accredited and comfortable investing standard fund minimums.
The primary goal of the LP Institute is to help enable better access to the venture capital asset class, while also helping LPs feel confident in evaluating investment opportunities. The LP Institute aims to increase the efficiency of how LPs source, conduct due diligence, invest in, and maintain relationships with venture capital managers.
